why:
I have a crypto currency module (implementation of GDAX exchange
API) to contribute and wouldn't mind having a space to contribute in
a central way here.
I'll probably put the source on Github - it's just on a local git
repository now. Assuming the local RT can handle ticketing..
This is a very low level implementation of the API - plan on adding
more abstraction to it in a separate module.
