Primary maintainer for JSON::Assert, Test::JSON::Assert

Hi guys,


I've clicked the wrong button in PAUSE and made the JSON::Assert and
Test::JSON::Assert module ownerless. Can you please make the user 'nzrs'
the primary maintainer of the module, or alternatively make me 'sgreen'
the owner, and I'll click the right button next time.
