I didn’t see a reply back to modules@perl.org <mailto:modules@perl.org>, but I see that it’s been fixed in MetaCPAN. In this sort of situation (where permissions are given after a release has been done), you need to ask someone from the MetaCPAN team to re-index the distribution, which will sort out the permissions. The easiest way is to drop in the #metacpan channel on irc.perl.org Maybe someone already told you that, and you asked for this to be done, or maybe one of the other PAUSE admins asked for it.
