I sent PAUSE Distribution file: Fake-Encode-0.03.tar.gz, then I got a message "Status: Decreasing version number" module : Fake::Encode version: undef
Fake/Encode.pm has "$VERSION = 0.03;". META.yml has "version: 0.03" and Distribution file is "Fake-Encode-0.03.tar.gz" Why I got message "version: undef"? Thanks.
