I just uploaded Locale-Codes-3.40.tar.gz to PAUSE and received the

The following packages (grouped by status) have been found in the distro:
Status: Database error
======================
module : Locale::Language
version: undef
in file: Language.pm
status : The PAUSE indexer could not store the indexing result in
the DB due the following error: C< Lock wait timeout
exceeded; try restarting transaction >. Please report the
case to the PAUSE admins atmodu...@perl.org.
module : Locale::Script
version: undef

the DB due the following error: C< Lock wait timeout

It also successfully indexed all of the other modules, so only these two
failed. I'm not sure why the version was reported as undef as it was set, but
that may just be a symptom.
Can you make sure that it is properly indexed, and if there's something I need
to do, let me know.
Thanks
