Cleaning up author directories

Hi Dave,

You may have seen my blog post asking people to delete old releases from their 
author directory:

Deleting old releases of Code-TidyAll would free up nearly 50M, plus you’ve got 
a lot of old releases for your other dists.

Would you be happy to spring clean your author directory please? You could do 
it yourself, or you could give me permission to do it on your behalf.
