Hi Mike, I’m one of the PAUSE admins. The NOC have let us know that we’re getting low on diskspace on the CPAN master. This is caused by old (superseded) releases being retained in CPAN author directories. So we’ve identified the authors who can free up the most diskspace by deleting old releases from their author directory.
Old releases of the MongoDB distribution are one of the biggest single uses of diskspace. Given the ones in your directory are now all very old, would you be happy to schedule them all for deletion? You can do this via the PAUSE web interface. While you’re there, you could also delete old releases of your other distributions :-) I would also be happy to do this on your behalf, if you’d like me to? More information and other options can be found in this blog post: http://blogs.perl.org/users/neilb/2016/07/please-delete-old-releases-from-your-cpan-directory.html Cheers, Neil
