Hi Xavier and Clément, I’m emailing you wearing my PAUSE admin hat: I’m working on resolving conflicts caused by PAUSE now considering package names case insensitively. This has left us with some situations where people are owners of namespaces previously considered distinct, and now considered the same.
Xavier has ownership of the “Apache::Session::Ipc" namespace, and Clément has co-maint, but there isn’t an “Apache::Session::Ipc" module on CPAN. This conflicts with the “Apache::Session::IPC" module, owned by CHORNY, and currently on CPAN in the J/JB/JBAKER/Apache-Session-0.17.1.tar.gz release (that itself is an old release of the distribution, but that’s an issue for another day). To resolve this conflict I’d like to drop both of your permissions on the “Apache::Session::Ipc" package. I don’t think this will cause any problems, but wanted to check you’re happy for me to do this? Cheers, Neil
