Hi Siddharth, Ted, and Jason,

I’m emailing you wearing my PAUSE admin hat: I’m working on resolving conflicts
caused by PAUSE now considering package names case insensitively. This has left
us with some situations where people are owners of namespaces previously
considered distinct, and now considered the same.

SID has ownership of “stem”, but there is no “stem” module on CPAN (I haven’t
checked to see whether there has been in the past). JASONM and TPEDERSE have
co-maint on “stem”.

This conflicts with the “Stem” module, which is owned by user URI, and *is* on
CPAN, in the release U/UR/URI/Stem-0.11.tar.gz
Maybe the “stem” module was renamed to be “Stem”, or perhaps they’re entirely
distinct.

To resolve this conflict I’d like to drop your permissions on the “stem”
namespace. It doesn’t look like it would cause any problems, but I wanted to
check if you’re all ok for me to drop these permissions?

Cheers,
Neil
