Hi Valerio and Ave,

I’m emailing you wearing my PAUSE admin hat. I have a project to work through
conflict in package names and permissions.

You two both have WURFL modules on CPAN: Mobile::WURFL and Mobile::Wurfl. These
days PAUSE wouldn’t let this happen, as it considers package names case
insensitively. This is because of case-insensitive filesystems, like on MacOSX.
On such systems people couldn’t install both of your modules (without jumping
through hoops). But your modules were released before this restriction was in
place.

Would one of you be happy to rename your module, so we can remove the name
conflict from CPAN? Eg to Mobile::Config::WURFL or Config::WURFL, or something
along those lines?

If one of you isn’t interested in your module any longer, I’d be happy to take
this project on for you, and release a renamed module and eventually remove the
old one and free up your permission on the namespace.

Cheers,
Neil
