Hello, How do I gain permission to create a new package in the "Graph::" namespace?
Request permission to create a new package, Graph::Dijkstra, which implements Dijkstra's shortest path algorithms efficiently in Perl (though it does use an underlying xs module) that adds input / output file methods not found in existing packages. This is my first attempt at submitting a package for CPAN. Thank you for your consideration and guidance. Regards, D.
