See `sub construct_file_uri' in https://github.com/indraniel/pdf2svg/pull/1/files#diff-453aa71a3a32879b413790dac31994f7 The code is platform-independednt, unlike the current, strictly platform-specfic chunks. The only possible algorithm amendments needed are UNC handling (I dunno how consecutive separators are handled in other OSes). -- Regards, Ivan Pozdeev
