I have just scheduled the following files for deletion from the account of Malcolm Beattie (MICB):

Des-perl-a1.tar.gz
This was the Des module, which was released in August 1995. It hasn’t worked
for a while, and the only bug listed against it was from 6 years ago with
someone reporting that it won’t even compile.
When I discussed the module with Malcolm (copied on this email), he replied
"Please do go ahead and remove it from CPAN”.
