Hi there,

I took over maintenance of this module in 2004. In fact I've released a few
updates since then. However today I tried to upload a new version to CPAN
and it failed due to missing permissions. I can perhaps track down Raphael
Manfredi (RAM) to grant me permissions, but I'm hoping you can fix it
faster. It seems like a regression.
