rationale:
The module takes care about the configuration and build process of
the Bootstrap CSS Framework ( http://getbootstrap.com/ ).
As the Bootstrap Framework is generated using grunt and less.js,
the integration in perl applications is not very straight forward.
One have to download the source code, edit the *.less files, build
the .css and .js files with grunt and copy the result to the
document root.
This module takes care about these tasks.
I plan to add additional submodules for Template Toolkit
integration and more in the future.
