Yeah, ok, I buggered this up somehow and now nobody is maintainer. Not
sure how to fix. Horrified to learn I am actually a PAUSE admin (still!
after not logging for the best part of a decade!) but am in no way
confident in trying to fix my screwup.
PAUSE admins (Cc'd) -- can you please remove me from PAUSE adminship,
and also transfer ownership of Module::InstalledVersion to NEILB as above?
