why:
I want to contribute some perl modules I have created. I didn't
find module with required functionality and created my own and now I
want to share the same so that other people can use it.
I have used some of the modules from CPAN earlier. So, I will be
happy if I can contribute something (tiny water drops) in return to
this ocean of perl...
