rationale:
Replaces the Mojolicious JSON renderer through monkey_path instead
of replacing the whole Mojolicious renderer. This finer grained
targeting is more efficient and reduces risk as will only affect the
json rendering. The rational for using JSON::XS is that it is faster
than the Mojolicious built-in, and does not escape '/' characters.
