rationale:
The name is straightforward; clients construct a standard tree
(ofttimes degenerate) of nodes of type RSS::Tree::Node, with the
root node being of subtype RSS::Tree. RSS items "flow" into the root
node from a source feed and, if not discarded, flow out of one of
the tree's nodes, each of which represents an output RSS feed. To my
knowledge, no similar functionality exists in any extant Perl
module.
