rationale:
Standard Pod::Weaver extension section, name MooseConsumes is based
on use of Moose frameworks and his role consumes capability
(original Consumes works only for Moose too, but can process only
dzilled lib/ files, not any file using Moose). I prefer do other
module due to usage of more CPAN modules for processing generic pm
file than enhancing older version Consumes which is based for a
little different purpose with less dependencies.
