Dear Benjamin, I am Wallace Reis; About two months ago, I have fixed an important and simple issue[1] in Crypt::OpenPGP module for dependency listing, having it reported on RT[2] too. This is related to and escalates a similar issue in DBIx::Class::EncodedColumn[1].
