This is a (currently rough) implementation of the HTTP/2.0
draft-04. It has been used in interop sessions with the IETF httpbis
working group and is being open sourced by Akamai Technologies.
Current implementation for whaty it is can be seen at
https://github.com/sludin/http2-perl.
Previous discussion on the modu...@perl.com list recommended the
HTTP2::Draft namespace.
