This is a tool which processes Illumina metric files for the HiSeq,
GAII and MiSeq instruments. Since Illumina is the only vendor that
produces metrics in this format and of this nature, it might make
sense to have Bio::InstrumentMetrics::Illumina ... because each
vendors metrics are wildly incompatible. But for now, given this is
the only tool on CPAN that does this, being explicit makes sense to
me.
