During my coding, I had often felt the necessity of coercing a Hash
Reference structure to an Array Reference, mostly for sequencing
purpose, and often felt that I should be able to do it at any level
randomly in a multi- hierarchical hash structure.
I have used simple recursion to implement this and this does not
have any dependency outside of standard PERL LIB.
