Siebel has 2 com interfaces with the same basic functions but with
different calls and error handling. It is common to need to use one
then switch to another as things change this requires a rewrite of
the code. With this module no rewrite will be needed. The namespace
Siebel already exists and it made sense to use this COM is only one
of the ways integration can be done to Siebel so breaking it down
one extra level to Integration should help prevent any clashes later
on.
