why:
Have written a module for Business::OnlinePayments which inherits
from Business::OnlinePayments::HTTPS for payments to the new
Barclaycard EPDQPLUS system. They are currently forcing users to
upgrade to this system from their old one.
It is defintely beta quality code, but I think it might be useful
to others, and any assistance/feedback others have would be useful
to us.
