rationale:
The list of AMQP/RabbitMQ interfaces seem highly integrated with
frameworks (e.g. POE) or wrap around other languages (e.g.
Net::RabbitMQ::Java). I created a much simpler Perl module with only
a handful of dependencies, to enable programming with AMQP/RabbitMQ
in a tidier fashion. It only depends on a handful of modules --
Net::AMQP and Try::Tiny.
