why:
I'd like to learn how to contribute to CPAN, and write high-quality
modules. I'd like to start with a derivatives modeling module, and
maybe take over maintenance of Win32::Pipe (there is a bug in the
code, that I know how to fix, and the current maintainer must be
really busy)
