in order to clean up Puppet manifest files. Since the name of the
project who'se files can be tidied is Puppet
(http://puppetlabs.com/puppet/puppet-open-source/), the namespace
I'd like to register naturally becomes Puppet::Tidy.
Please note that I chose chapterid 23, and not 8. The Puppet::
namespace in chapter 8 is for the TK UI, with which Puppet::Tidy has
got nothing to do.
