Module List Chapter

I am a little confused over which module list chapter selection to choose. I am 
writing a pure perl implimentation of the double metaphone algorithym and hop 
to publish it as Text::DoubleMetaphone_PP any suggestions on if this is an 
appropriate namespace and which module list chapter selection to choose would 
be appreciated. Theo
