Hello,

I apologize if this is the wrong place to ask for help about this issue.

I requested a password reset over an hour ago, and have yet to receive the
e-mail.  I thought you might want to be made aware about this issue.  I'm
not sure if the e-mail is delayed or was lost.

I have confirmed I can receive other e-mail at my address without delay.

According to the password reset page, I cannot request another password
reset for 6 hours.

If you could give me any information, I would appreciate it.  Thanks in
advance.
