rationale:
currently there are some nice pure Perl extensions to the XS
bindings of Wx (module Wx) which are easy to overlook and soon there
will be lot more. Its time to bundle them to make it easier for Wx
devs. There are also some unfinished and lesser adorable on cpan
which we want to keep out (quality control). The idea is discussed
with current maintainer of Wx, marks is good with it we just discuss
some details now.
