why:
I intend to contribute material I use for engineering calculations
involving satellite orbital mechanics. While I used this primarily
for data analysis for a new STM (Space Traffic Management) scheme,
its use is more general.
Besides that, various other tidbits in my library, although I feel
these would need cleaning up (before being fit for public
consumption).
