My work clearly wouldn't belong in the Moose or MooseX spaces. At the same
time, I think it might be polite to users to let them know they are in for a
nasty install process if they don't already have Moose installed. :)

We'd defer to the Moose people on this one. Ask them how they'd like to
fit your stuff into what they are doing.
