Thanks for the quick turnaround.

I did read that page before ( was gonna have ::API in there originally ),
and take the point that ::Simple doesn't add anything.  I felt
Finance::FXCM was incomplete but if ::Simple doesn't add anything it makes
sense to simplify the name, let me sleep over it.
