Blosxom globalizes a lot of variables. This module assigns them to
appropriate namespaces like 'Response', 'Request' or 'Config'. E.g.
'Response' contains $blosxom::header and 'Config' consists of
variables like $blosxom::datadir. Blosxom plugins inherit from this
class. This class provides them with class methods like response(),
request() or config().
