rationale:
Generate HTML Tables dynamically. Unlike other modules which
focuses on the style of the table, this module focuses on the data
itself. Users can simply pass any type of data-structure (hashes,
arrays, hash of arrays, arrays of arrays, arrays of hashes, hashes
of arrays, etc.) and the module will generate a table for each
corresponding data type in a sensible manner. Evidently, the
namespace HTML::TabulateData is sensible for the function of the
module described above since we ate tabulating data.
