rationale:
This module provides a basic command-line interface to
IO::Socket::INET6 and IO::Socket::SSL, and at a future point perhaps
UNIX sockets. It's meant to be a library for another tool I wrote
that currently uses Expect and calls s_client, replacing those.
There seem to be other modules below IO::Socket that are
specific-use, so this seems like a good choice.
