rationale:
There are a lot of SSH related modules yet on cpan. Problem is that
most of them are either on a very high abstraction level to the SSH
protocol or simply lack the possibility to write an SSH server.
There is currently an approach of some OpenSSH developers to
implement a shared library and this new module would use this new
shared library to provide an interface to the SSH protocol on the
transport layer.
