Hello - I have written the author of Net::Amazon::EC2 two or three times over the past two months asking if he'd let me be a maintainer of the Net::Amazon::EC2 distribution - I have a repository on github - https://github.com/mrallen1/net-amazon-ec2 - that closes nearly all of the open tickets on RT but I have been unable to reach him. I will make a post on blogs.perl.org soon trying to track him down.
