About 6 years ago, I repackaged it to use Makefile.PL and sent a copy to
Jens Helberg, but I never heard back from him. I was recently reminded

mailbox" error.

given the considerable age of the software and the fact that you tried
to contact the original author unsuccessfully, I've just transferred
maintainer status to you.
