rationale:
All the modules I listed use the deprecated last.fm api (1.2) and I
couldn't get them to do anything.
Except Net::LastFM which uses 2.0 but has quite a rustic api
itself, doesn't take care of session auth, write methods or even
request signing by itself. And it doesn't have any tests. I emailed
this author but he's not keen to merge our codes or anything.

(not sure about Module List Chapter - surely there will be more of
these kinds of things in the future?)
