rationale:
Csistck is a framework for system consistency checks and
configuration automation. It is roughly similar to the ruby
framework, Chef, however aims to provide fewer resource definitions
and remain simple and lightweight, similar to the tool slack.
Root namespace is not essential, however I could not find a more
descriptive namespace for a framework-style module like this.
However, eventually, I do plan to make system tests and reporting
extendable in the (.*::|)Csistck::Test namespace.
