Yes, you need (at least) comaintainer flags on everything for the
distribution. If Theo can't transfer these, we might be able to help.

I have not been able to reach Theo so I would be appreciative if you could fix the flags as we have announced 3.3.2 on our website now.

You should also check which of these module files might actually live
in other distributions and shouldn't be in this distro.

I have confirmed that yes, these are all Mail::SpamAssassin sub-modules and should live in this distro.
