rationale:
Whilst there is a Catalyst model for SVN repositories, no such
module exists for Git. I have started coding Catalyst::Model::Git in
order to fill that gap. Initially it will simply allow browsing of
Git repositories and viewing of branches and diffs, although I plan
to add functionality allowing users to perform most other common Git
functions.
