I thought if someone wants to put in more modules for manipulating Theora
video files (eg frame grabber, video splicer etc) then we may need to have a
Top level Theora.

Ogg -> Container
   Theora -> (here others can have theora based utilities which can use
LibTheora internally, eg frame grabber, video splicer etc)
      LibTheora -> XS Binding for libtheora*
