Hi [again], Brian,

As a matter of fact, I did what I usually do when I don't get the instant
gratification of an answer - I took a reasonable guess. I installed my module
under the Data:: namespace. Still, I am glad to see your guideline listed. On
the other hand, I would think this URL should be posted with the suggestion to
nest in an existing namespace; that would have saved me the trouble of asking.

BTW, which newsgroup is that? (And is this reply to be posted there as well?
Oh, and I'm out here with my hair in rollers! :-)) I would guess
comp.lang.perl.modules but I just peeked in there and did not see your email.
(The email header says just perl.modules but that does not show up on my
provider's list.)

Thanks for the help here. I need to preserve this mail so that I keep the URL
handy. ;-) (Yeah, a bookmark might be easier..)

The naming guidelines are at

    https://pause.perl.org/pause/authenquery?ACTION=pause_namingmodules

Every module is listed in the 02packages.details.txt file, although
that might not be useful for you:

    http://www.cpan.org/modules/02packages.details.txt.gz

The better thing to do is find some modules that are similar to yours.
You've probably already done that when you checked CPAN to see if
someone had already done your task. :)
