I have recently developed a perl module that would be of
substantial use to those performing bioinformatic analysis of
antibody sequences. The module is currently only available at
https://sourceforge.net/projects/vdjfasta/
I would like an id so that I can contribute the module to the
common body of open source code in CPAN.
Module description: Bioinformatics Perl extension for the analysis
of antibody variable domain repertoires. Suitable for mammalian
repertoire sequences obtained either by Sanger or 454 sequencing.
