As Tim noted, they are still on backpan. PAUSE won't delete them for a couple of days, and it might take another couple of days for all the mirrors to update. I noticed that in CPAN Search every one of Lukka's versions was "unauthorized". Not that it matters. I guess someone removed him from the maintainers bits and Graham's stuff saw that.
