Adopt Fax::Hylafax::Client

I attempted to submit some changes to Alex Rak<a...@cpan.org> to update 
the module. Unfortunately the email bounced with "550 the lights are 
out, no such recipient" (nice response by the way).
Any chance you can attempt to contact Alex, or else allow me to adopt 
the module?
